The lamb shanks were delivered in perfect condition and were huge. I used them to make kleftiko for Easter Sunday. They were so tasty and the family really enjoyed them. Will definitely order again.

Ideal Easter roast for one or two people - ideally could have roast for a bit longer. But my recipe with diced garlic and mint jelly was a work in progress
