Casserole cooked for 5 hours and they were fantastic. Full of flavour and delicious. Such an underrated meat but one of my signature dishes

The centre cut beef fillet arrived exactly as arranged and was packaged well.
Questions I asked before buying by email were answered immediately which was impressive.
I cooked the fillet today and it was a triumph!
There were 8 of us and all had plenty with second helpings and there’s just enough for a sandwich tomorrow.
I will definitely buy from Moore and Sons again .

Ordered free-range cockerel for family Christmas meal. Outstanding quality bird in perfect condition and prepared beautifully for stuffing and cooking. Moore's own chipolatas added to roasting bird as it cooked - delicious complement. Can't praise your provision highly enough.
